Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange.

Returns

You must let us know about all returns within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. All original tags and labels must be attached and packaging be in tact.

Returns Process

To return an item, you must email customer services at office@totallydeliciousvending.co.uk to receive a returns number. Once you have this returns number, package the product back up in its original packaging, include proof of purchase and send back to:

Totally Delicious Vending Ltd, Unit 1 Brineton Business Village, Blymhill, TF11 8NE.

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly reccomend you use a tracked service.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

Any products that have been opened, thus rendering them un-saleable such as coffee beans and other supplies, may not be returned.
